Prices Include: UK Flights  | Transfers | Accommodation Chalet Madeleine is a new, small chalet built in 2001. It is sited on a slope between chalets Camille and Isabelle and is only 50 metres to the nearest piste and 2 multi-person chairlifts.
The chalet is great for a small group of 8 guests having 4 separate bedrooms, each with en-suite bath or shower. Three bedrooms have a balcony and one bedroom will take an extra bed if everyone breathes in. The top floor lounge/dining room seats all guests on comfortable settees around the typical stone & wood fireplace or at the oval dining table where guests and staff usually eat together. The sloping roof of heavy beams and mellow knotted pine invokes a rich and warming glow to this very cosy chalet. There is a south-west facing balcony on which to catch those late afternoon rays and enjoy a beer from the staff bar. A TV and video and CD player will assist relaxation in the evening.
A chalet chef lives in and will tend to your needs assisted by occasional visits from the shared (with chalet Isabelle) chalet host. |

Catering: | ::back to top | | We know that one of the most important parts of any winter holiday is the food. At the end of a crisp day on the mountain, there is nothing better than sitting down with a glass of wine to enjoy a delicious three course evening meal and relive the day’s adventures.
Breakfast:
To get you started every morning we provide a hearty buffet of cereals, fresh French bread and jams, boiled eggs, porridge, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, tea, and coffee. On six mornings there is also a cooked option to choose from, such as bacon or sausage with scrambled eggs.
Afternoon Tea:
On your return from the slopes every day a delicious afternoon tea is provided of freshly baked cakes, bread and jams, and tea or coffee.
Evening Meal:
On six evenings you will enjoy a wonderful three course evening meal accompanied by free, unlimited regional table wine. On the festive last evening of the week the meal is followed by a delicious and varied cheeseboard of local specialities and complimentary port.
Dietary Requirements:
Special dietary requirements can be accommodated in all of our properties but advance notice is required.
Please note that unless you are taking a chalet for sole use then our younger guests, aged 14 and under, will be fed at 6.00pm, followed by the adults only dinner. |
