The chalet accommodates up to twenty guests, with its seven beautifully furnished bedrooms.
The relaxing living area with its comfy sofas will lure you in after skiing so that you will be able to enjoy afternoon tea and cake, but be careful that you don’t stay there too long, otherwise you might miss your three course evening meal.
There is also a large terrace area for you to come back to and give those weary legs a well-earned rest, while taking in the beautiful scenery. The outdoor burner keeps the warmth going long into the night.
The chalet’s large, self-contained professional kitchen allows our staff to create delicious dishes for all of our hungry guests.
The indoor ski and boot storage area ensures dry and toasty warm boots in the morning.
Finally, if the weather has decided not to be friendly or those tired legs have started to turn to jelly, we hope the complimentary Wi-fi, or the flat screen with arguably the largest DVD collection in the Alps, will help you feel at home.
The chalet consists of 7 bedrooms, that are all fully furnished. All the rooms were refurbished in 2007 to a high standard, using traditional chalet materials.
Please note that for peak weeks, the chalet can only be booked in its entirety. |
Accommodation: | Ecureuil is the largest room that is available as a twin/double room or as a family room. Ecureuil benefits from an en-suite bathroom along with beautiful views of the Pointe du Lavachet.
Ibex is a large room that is available as a twin/double room or as a family room. This room benefits from beautiful views of the Pointe du Lavachet.
Lievres is a lovely and cosy twin/double room that also has plenty of space for all of your holiday essentials. This room is offered at a reduced rate, as it is an internal room with an internal window.
Marmotte is a great twin/double room that also has ample space for all of your holiday essentials. This room benefits from beautiful views of the Pointe du Lavachet.
Eterlou is a great twin/double room that also has sufficient space for all of your holiday essentials. This room benefits from beautiful views of the Pointe du Lavachet.
Dahu is a great twin/double room that also has more than enough space for all of your holiday essentials.
Chamois is a large room that is available as a twin/double room or as a family room. This room is offered at a reduced rate, as it has no window.
Bathrooms:
Ibex and Lievres share a bathroom.
Marmotte and Eterlou share a bathroom.
Dahu and Chamois share a bathroom. |

Catering: | ::back to top | | Catered chalet accommodation for 6 days is included in the price (breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner). Wednesday is the chalet staff’s usual day off; breakfast will be self-service, then this will be the perfect opportunity for you to visit a local restaurant and sample the delights of the local fare.
Typical Breakfast:
Fruit juice, selection of cereals and patisseries, and cooked breakfast (except chalet staffs day off.)
Dinner:
Three-course dinner with wine, followed by coffee.
Welcome evening:
Bubbly drinks and canapés will accompany your welcome chat. |
Additional Information: | ::back to top | Intermediate skiers and boarders are able to cross the road and slide down to the slopes. If this is not an option for you then you will be able to use the shuttle service from our chalet to town between 8:30am and 9am in one of our mini buses.
Airport Transfers:
Transfers are from Geneva Airport direct to the chalet door. Safety is always at the forefront of our thoughts, therefore complimentary booster seats and child seats are available. Please request these when making a booking.
Our transfers are at the following times:
Geneva to Tignes - Bus 1 Departing Geneva 11am; Bus 2 Departing Geneva 4pm.
Tignes to Geneva - Bus 1 Arriving at Geneva 8am; Bus 2 Arriving at Geneva 3pm.
Transfers from Chambery are available at no extra cost for any group bookings over 8 pax.
For those who choose to use the EuroStar train:
Transfers from Bourg-Saint-Maurice Stations are available. Transfer times are 40 mins. |
