Here in the less futuristic Lavachet area of Tignes, you will find many traditional Savoyard chalets, of which this is one of the best. It is in two parts – Le Neve on the lower two floors and Jacques on the upper two – and is decorated in attractive Savoyard style, with lots of wood panelling and local stonework.
Recently, two new chairlifts have been added to the system just 200m away – the Chaudannes and the Pacquis – each heading up opposite sides of the valley and blue pistes return you to the same place.
Groups of 16-23 may book both chalets combined, eating together in the dining room on the first floor, with the shared lounge on the second floor. |
