Whatever level of skiier or rider you are, you never stop learning. We have selected our favourite ski schools below which offer a wide variety of services from beginner group lessons to private ski clinics. Most ski schools will be happy to access you and decide what level of skiier or rider you are.

Group lessons are more sociable and normally work out cheaper, however not as intense as a one-to-one tuition - it may be better investing in a few private lessons early on. The instructors will ensure that your learning experience is an enjoyable one, whether you are in a group or on your own.

It's a good idea to pre-book your ski school lessons prior to arriving in resort so you don' miss out - peak season can be manic.

    Evolution 2 has been in Tignes since 1987. It has grown since then from an original team of three instructors and one mountain guide to one of fifty instructors and guides, many of whom work all year round. Evolution 2 in Tignes has been awarded a number of prizes including the Which?     The Development Centre (tdc) are a team of dedicated and enthusiastic British ski coaches qualified to the highest instructor level with the French Equivalence. We have teams based in Tignes and Val d’Isere ready to cater to all your skiing needs, with the aim of providing quality ski coaching.

    Our mission is to provide quality coaching clinics that make a difference to your skiing. Go beyond just regular ski lessons and traditional ski school - tdc. All of the development centre coaches are native english speakers.

    Val d'Isere and Tignes are both connected by the same "Espace Killy" ski area. The Espace Killy is our favourite place to ski due to the excellent mountains that are so easily available.

    You will be able to experience and enjoy the same level of quality coaching and the same range of clinics and private development sessions in Tignes, just as you can in Val d'Isere.
